**Pool Heat: $50 per night (must be heated for the entire reservation / minimum of 4 nights charge) ? When applicable, it needs to be requested at least 3 days before the check-in date. December through February due to cold weather this large pool takes up to 48hr to heat up so please let us know in advance if you'd like the pool heated. Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, so the temperature of the pool will reach max around 95 degrees Fahrenheit. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system.
***For BBQ and Pool Heater requests, please contact us e at least 5 days in advance***
***Daily housecleaning is available but not included on the final price. Please request that at least 48h before arrival, subject to availability and charges.
***Trash is collected 7 days a week, please have trash bagged and tied in a 13 gallon (50 Litros) trash bag and place inside the trash bin container outside the house by 7am. Place any excess in a tied 13 gallon trash bag next to the container. Loose trash will not be picked up. Do not take the trash to the curb. All cardboard boxes must be flattened and taped if possible. For bulk pick-up, please call the Front Desk, at 863-438-5950.***
